Host Program
The Carolina Trace Country Club Host Program was developed by the membership  to assist couples searching to live in a gated golf community. Many of our current members were introduced to Carolina Trace through the Host Program, and believe it was a key factor in their understanding of the Carolina Trace lifestyle, as well as the full value of our country club and community.   

During your Host Program visit we cooperate with your real estate agent who will show you the current listings at Carolina Trace. Our realtors have a genuine interest in showing you all aspects of life at Carolina Trace, and you will feel comfortable and relaxed in learning about us. After viewing property at Carolina Trace, the Club will arrange a Host Couple member to join you for dinner at the Clubhouse and a complimentary round of golf during your host program visit. 

Our Host Couples have "been there, done that" and can relate to the questions and concerns visitors may have in making this important decision in a "no pressure" atmosphere. The only obligatory item on our schedule is a meeting (less than 30 minutes) with our Marketing Director, who will provide pertinent information about our Club.  

Accomodations 
We can work with your real estate agent to arrange a rental property on-site or a discounted rate at a local hotel. 

Sign up for the Host Program
