How to Join our Club  

To join our Club, all potential members need to complete and return the Prospective Member Information Form (PMI) to the Marketing Director. Once the completed PMI form is received, we will contact you to finalize your membership.

All membership categories have a one-time, non refundable initiation fee. Membership dues are NOT paid per person; dues and privileges are extended to husband, wife, partner (designee) and dependent children. Monthly dues to join the Club are as low as $115 per month for a Social membership. For those interested in golfing at our Club, the Social membership privileges (and dues) are built into the total dues amount for our Golf memberships. For example, Equity Family Golf dues consist of: $115 (full social privileges)and an additional $260 for unlimited golf on both courses for a total of $375. 


                           Why join as an Equity Member?
An Equity Membership is the only membership level that offers unlimited golf on both of our Robert Trent Jones, Sr. courses, unlimited tennis and full social privileges. In addition, Equity Members are entitled to voting rights that are represented by an Equity certificate. Equity members experience the full value of a private, member-owned Club and enjoy a complete country club experience. Equity Members are part-owners of the Club, vote on matters presented to the membership, vote for the Board of Governors and can serve on the Board of Governors. Equity Members, along with the General Manager and Department Heads, help make decisions about how the Club is operated and influence the total operation of the Club, which will have a direct effect on the value of your home and investment at Carolina Trace.
