Non-Resident Memberships

If you are two or more years away from permanently relocating to Carolina Trace, you may want to consider joining as a Non-Resident member to enjoy club privileges when you visit Carolina Trace and take advantage of the membership rates in effect. 


If you reside outside of a 25-mile radius of Carolina Trace, you may join as a Non-Resident member. Non-Resident golfers pay guest green fees when golfing, may also play at the golf courses through the Private Club Network, and if at Carolina Trace for 32 consecutive days will begin paying resident dues and fees per your membership level to avoid paying guest green fees each time you golf. Upon leaving Carolina Trace to return to your permanent residence, your non-residency status goes into effect. Non-Resident members are not subject to the food and dining room minimum and pay an annual fee (not monthly dues).
