Host Program/Discover The Dream
The Carolina Trace Country Club Host Program was developed by our members to assist couples wanting to explore life in a gated golf and country club community. Many of our current members were introduced to Carolina Trace through this Program, and believe it was a key factor in their understanding of the Carolina Trace lifestyle, as well as the full value of our country club and community.
During your Host Program visit we work seamlessly with your real estate broker at Carolina Trace Gated Properties who will show you the current listings at Carolina Trace. As country club members themselves, who have been through the search for the best place to live for the next phase of their lives, our Realtors® have a genuine interest in introducing you to all aspects of life at Carolina Trace. After viewing property at Carolina Trace, the Club will arrange a Host Couple member to join you for lunch or dinner at the Clubhouse and a complimentary round of golf.
Our Host Couples also have “been there, done that” and can relate to the questions and concerns visitors may have in making this important decision in a “no pressure” atmosphere. The only obligatory item on our schedule is a meeting (less than 30 minutes) with our Marketing and Events Coordinator, who will provide pertinent information about our Club.
Accommodations
We can work with your real estate broker to arrange overnight accomodations in an on-site rental property or at a nearby motel.
Sign-up for the Host Program
Your Realtor® at Carolina Trace Gated Properties can assist you in signing up for the Host Program or contact the Club’s Marketing and Events Coordinator directly if you are not working with a Realtor. We will need a minimum of a two-weeks notice to arrange the details with your agent.
